CHALLENGE: Client, a global beverage manufacturer and distributed, due to rapid market growth and acquisition there were inefficiencies on the supply and production side of the business. Client needed a tactical and strategic planning solution to identify which operations and business units needed to be reorganized and scaled.

SOLUTION: Designed and developed of tactical and strategic planning models (supply chain design) enabling a supply chain infrastructure of 18 production plants, 42 bottling lines and more than 230 SKUs.

RESULTS: End to end, supply chain optimization, maximum of operational utility / efficiency and increased bottom-line.
