PROBLEM: due to rapid market growth there were inefficiencies on the supply production to demand chain. BAVARIA needed a tactical and strategic planning solution.
SOLUTION: designed and developed tactical and strategic planning models (supply chain design) enabling a supply chain infrastructure of 18 production plants, 42 bottling lines and more 230 SKUs.
